The City of Linwood was selected to receive a 2022 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $499,586.  This grant will go towards the cost of replacing the cities old waterlines with new ones.  This project is being engineered by BG Consultants LLC and is slated to start in the spring of 2023 with a tenative completion date of summer 2024.  We are very excited to move forward with this project, if you have any questions regarding this feel free to attend one of the regular council meetings or reach out to us at City Hall.

 

The Code of Ordinances are now available on the Internet!  To view the City's Ordinances go to the American Legal Publishing home page (http://www.amlegal.com), select the Code Library link on the main page, select the corresponding state and then select the Linwood link.

 

  

The City of Linwood now offers a online bill pay option.  Payments will be processed using the same KanPay payment option used for in person payments. 

A 2.5% fee is applicable and you will need to enter the Name on account, Service address and the amount of your city bill payment. 

Full amount due must be made by the due date of each month to avoid disconnection of service. Bills are due on the 10th and shut-offs are the 15th.   To make an online payment  CLICK HERE

Pet Registration Fees are $10 for spayed or neutered pets and $15 for all others.  These fees are due by May 31st.
