LMI Survey

The City of Linwood is applying for a Community Development Block Grant from the Kansas Department of Commerce.

This grant will be used for the Community Center Rehabilitation.  A professional architect will complete a report on the building.

It is necessary that the City conduct an income survey to determine our qualifications for the grant funds.  Someone will be coming door to door if the survey didn't get turned in. We need everyone to fill out a survey please.

The City of Linwood has Levels of Haloacetic Acids Above Drinking Water Standards; The City of Linwood is going to increase the sodium permanganate by 4mgl. to reduce the organics that might be in the water, in turn to reduce the HAA5's in the water.  We anticipate resolving the problem within 90 days.  More information can be found on this website and notices were mailed to each customer with their water bill.  If you have any questions please call or visit the City Hall.

To see the full report click on General Information then click utilities.
